INTROS CLASSES ARE TYPICALLY HELD EVERY SATURDAY AT 11:45am

Come see what lyra, (also known as aerial hoop) is all about. You will learn a few poses, see a gorgeous demo, and much more in this 75 minute intro class! Bring all your girlfriends!!! No experience needed. All levels welcomed.

Please note: This is a low aerial hoop class; hoops will be at waist level which allows anyone to try it!
